What's New!

 

Tuesday, September 7, 2010 is the first day for all students

A+ Certifications
Five seniors passed their national exams for A+ certification. Upon completion of the certification students are able to install, configure and maintain personal computer components, evaluate the results and resolve computer and printer issues.

Congratulations to the following students:
  • Gersin, Berkley - plans to attend college to become a computer science major
  • Caleb Morche, Berkley - plans to attend college to become a computer technician
  • Neil Thommes, Troy - plans to attend college or join military
  • Brandyn Ureel, Ferndale - plans to join the Air Force and specialize in Information Technology          
  • Jose Valentin, Ferndale – plans to follow in the footsteps of his family. Everyone has A+ certification and his mother is a Systems Analysis.

 HOSA  Winners
John Vredenburg, a second year student in Health Sciences and a senior at Berkley High School, competed in Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) student competition in Traverse City, April 15 -17 and won a silver medal in dental assisting skills. John will be going on to compete at HOSA National Leadership Conferences at Disney World in Orlando, Florida on June 21. John’s career goal is to become a dentist.
