After months of rigorous preparation under guidance from Agriscience and Environmental Technologies Instructor Bailey Garwood and Academic Support Instructor Ryan Pemberton, 19 students from the Agriscience and Environmental Technologies program at OSTC-SW participated in the World Food Prize Michigan Youth Institute at Michigan State University on May 12, 2022.
Thomas Caswell a 2022 graduate of Clarenceville High School, is setting himself up for post-secondary success. Thomas has completed two years of Career and Technical Education in the Heavy Equipment and Repair program at OSTC-SW.
Students from the Culinary Arts & Hospitality, Engineering, Robotics & Mechatronics, Graphic & Communication Design, and Collision Repair & Refinishing programs participated in a community-designed building project called Food Truck Races.
Students were recently honored for Perfect Attendance, Outstanding OS Program Student, CTE Student of the Year, Dean's List, and National Technical Honor Society.
