Real-World Experience

OSTC Northeast Home Construction Project

Twenty-six Construction Technology students worked 18,125 hours to complete this project during the 2022-23 school year. The home had six state inspections and passed them all on the first inspection. The students completed every aspect of the construction including the framing, roofing, plumbing, flooring, siding and kitchen cabinet installation.

The home was moved to a residential neighborhood in Pontiac and will be sold to a local family.
