Enrollment

If you will be in 11th or 12th grade and are on track to graduate, review our 11 Career and Technical Education programs and determine if you have an interest in the curriculum, certifications, and career-ready skills in one of the aligned Career Pathways.

Consider coming to OSTC for a visit on one of our approved days to check out our campus (Registration is required).

OSTC Northwest is proud to offer prospective students some opportunities to experience a preview of our programs available at our Clarkston technical campus!

• Sophomore Presentations and Tours
  OSTC-NW will present to sophomores at Brandon, Clarkston, Holly and Waterford High Schools. After the presentation, students will be invited on a field trip to the campus for a building tour.

• Day Visits
  Day Visits take place during the school days. Students will choose two programs to explore during one of our school day sessions. Registration and a permission slip are required to participate.

• Open Houses
  They open to students and parents

• Career Night
  Open to students and parents. All programs will open. Students and instructors will lead demonstrations and hands-on activities.

*Current OSTC students who would like to return next year do not need to use the process outlined below.

1. Click on "Enroll for 2024-25 School Year" on the left  side of the page or below. We recommend using Chrome to access and complete the enrollment form.
2. Create an account and fill in the information requested.
3. Select your first program choice and a second program choice (or choose "No second choice").
   If you choose a program at any campus other than your regional campus,^† you must provide your own transportation.
4. On the final screen, click "Submit" and "OK" to send. Be sure you receive a confirmation indicating your enrollment information has been submitted.
5. The information submitted will be sent to your high school counselor, who will then provide OSTC with other information needed for your enrollment. 
6. OSTC will send confirmation of your enrollment by U.S. mail and email in April.

^† Your regional campus is determined by the school district you attend, or the school district in which you reside. Please check Find Your Campus page to find out your regional campus.

If you are a student with an IEP or 504 plan, please be sure your sending school counselor includes a completed IEP/504 Summary Form with your other enrollment information. This information will not be viewed by OSTC staff until your enrollment with OSTC is confirmed.
