Culinary Arts/Hospitality Program Delights Guests at Annual Holiday Buffet
OSTC-Northeast's Culinary Arts/Hospitality program hosted a two-day Holiday Buffet on December 13 and 14, leaving guests satisfied and impressed.
The event featured a mouthwatering spread of prime rib, shrimp, salads, and delectable desserts, all expertly prepared by the talented team of students and chefs.
Notable guests, including County Executive Dave Coulter, Superintendent Dr. Wanda Cook-Robinson, and Deputy Superintendent Ken Guttman, attended, further highlighting the program's excellence.

Cassidy Campbell, a dedicated and ambitious student, recently completed the rigorous two-year Health Sciences program, fulfilling all clinical requirements at the Waterford Fire Department and earning a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification.
The Oakland Schools Technical Campuses (OSTC) and Oakland Community College (OCC) collaboration has launched the Oakland Technical Early College (OTEC) program. This pathway has significantly benefitted many students, including Pascal Klepser, a Rochester Adams High School attendee who joined OSTC-NE for Engineering, Robotics & Mechatronics.
