Machining Students Earn Toolboxes

Two teams of Machining students from OSTC Northeast showcased their skills at the Ferris State University annual high school machining competition on Wednesday, May 1.
The teams excelled, winning three out of four categories. Top honors, including Kennedy Machinist's Tool Boxes and tool packages valued at $1,500 each, went to Sadie Benson for Manual Mill, Jamie Comis for Surface Grinding, and AJ Rini.
Machining Instructor Alex Mangani praised the students for their hard work and dedication, highlighting the significant achievement of making it to the competition.
