OSTC Health Sciences Students Strengthen Team Skills at Basecamp

Students from the OSTC Northeast Health Sciences program recently visited Basecamp at the Genesee Career Institute.

While there, they applied key CRS (communication, collaboration, problem-solving and personal management) skills during a series of team challenges.

Activities included floor-based teambuilding exercises as well as high and low ropes courses designed to promote teamwork and resilience.
