On Saturday, May 3, the Competition Corvette Club of Michigan awarded three $1,000 scholarships to OSTC-NE students during a ceremony at Matick Chevrolet in Redford.
This marks the second consecutive year the club has partnered with the campus to support student advancement and post-secondary success.
Scholarships were awarded to Alivia Rex-Weaver (Automotive Technology), Katherine LeTissier (Engineering, Robotics & Mechatronics and Oakland Technical Early College), and Luke Naegle (Engineering, Robotics & Mechatronics and Computer Programming). Automotive Technology instructor Michael Lopez represented OSTC-NE at the event, showing the school’s ongoing partnership and support.
