Chef Aaron Cozadd Inspires Culinary Arts/Hospitality Students

Chef Aaron Cozadd, an alumnus of OSTC-NW and founding partner of popular Michigan restaurants like Clarkston Union and Honchos, returned to campus on Nov. 25 to mentor current culinary students.

During his visit, Chef Cozadd demonstrated advanced knife skills and collaborated with students to prepare one of his signature recipes.

"I couldn’t pass up the invitation to return to the place that started it all for me," Chef Cozadd said. "Seeing the students’ eagerness to learn was truly inspiring."
