In a remarkable display of culinary expertise, Emily Medford, an OSTC-Northwest Culinary Arts/Hospitality program student, secured second place among 17 competitors in the Skills USA Culinary Arts regional competition held at Oakland Community College (OCC).

This significant achievement not only advances her to the state-level competition but also comes with a $1,000 scholarship award.
