On Saturday, Feb. 22, 2025, the kitchens at Dorsey Culinary College in Roseville sizzled with delicious dishes, excitement, nerves, and serious chef energy. The American Culinary Federation’s “Cook Like You Mean It” competition, and Dorsey’s Culinary Arts students showed up ready to shine.

On March 10 and 11, eleven Culinary Arts students proudly represented their program at the 2025 ProStart Invitational, demonstrating skill, creativity, and teamwork across a wide range of competitions.
This spring, OSTC-SE's Entrepreneurship and Advanced Marketing students have literally taken creativity for a spin. These future moguls are diving headfirst into the ultimate hands-on challenge: transforming a vehicle into a fully-functioning business on wheels.
