Annual NTHS Induction Ceremony

Annual NTHS Induction Ceremony

The 2023 NTHS (National Technical Honor Society) Induction ceremony celebrated students' achievements and provided a platform for them to share their stories with the audience and fellow inductees. The event honored first-year seniors with cords to be worn at graduation, while second-year students received satin sashes for the same purpose. The entire instructional staff of Southeast Campus actively participated in the ceremony, with Dean Myron Miller addressing students and parents and each program instructor presenting awards to their respective students. Out of the 130 qualified students, an impressive 76 completed the induction process.

To qualify for NTHS, students had to meet specific criteria, including having five or fewer absences, maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and writing an essay about their experience at Southeast Campus. The induction ceremony recognized the dedication and commitment of these outstanding students and highlighted their remarkable achievements throughout their time at the campus. The NTHS Induction ceremony honored their hard work and provided a platform for students to reflect on their journey and inspire others with their stories.
