Black History Month Buffet Celebration

In celebration of Black History Month, Culinary students embarked on a project that paid homage to notable African American chefs. 

Working in teams, they researched and recreated recipes from these culinary icons, which were then featured in a buffet menu at the Clipboard Cafe. 

The event, held on February 14 and 15, received high praise from parents and staff for the delicious food and educational value. 

Chef Toliver remarked on the significance of the experience, highlighting its role in enhancing students' awareness of their cultural and historical heritage, particularly in the culinary field.
