Culinary Calzone Class Challenge

As part of a STEM yeast-making project, the Culinary Arts/Hospitality students participated in a timed calzone-making challenge.

Students were divided up into teams of four and had 90 minutes to create the best calzone in the class. The students were enthusiastic about the competition and made a solid effort to win. At the end of class, they voiced positive feedback and asked for more collaborative challenges in the future.
