The OSTC-SE Culinary Club is in full swing as students gear up for upcoming CTSO ProStart and SkillsUSA competitions. Under Chef Jordan's guidance, students practice culinary techniques and task management using the "Get Ready, Do, Done" method.

The club’s focus on teamwork, communication, and time management ensures students are ready to shine at regional and state competitions in early 2025.
