On Wednesday, Nov. 4, 40 OSTC-SE Culinary Arts/Hospitality students participated in the ProStart Bootcamp in Novi, gaining valuable insights from industry professionals.
Sessions included knife skills with Chef Brian Hay, cake decorating with Chef Jake Osburn, and plating techniques with James Beard Award-winning Chef Jimmy Hill.
The event emphasized precision, creativity, and financial planning in culinary arts, leaving students inspired and ready for competition season.
