Dalia Hempel, an Instructional Technician within the Culinary Arts and Hospitality program at OSTC-SE, has retired after years of dedicated service.
Dalia's front-of-house operations and event management expertise significantly elevated student skills and abilities. Her contributions have been invaluable, leaving a lasting impact on the program and its students.
