CyberPatriot Team Finds Competition Success

The OSTC-Southeast CyberPatriot team has shown remarkable progress this school year, impressing many with their improved standings.

CyberPatriot, initiated by the Air & Space Forces Association, aims to inspire students toward careers in cybersecurity and other STEM disciplines through the National Youth Cyber Defense Competition. 

This competition, the largest of its kind in the nation, challenges students to secure virtual networks.

“Our students showed so much excitement and are already asking me what they can do to prepare for next year's competition,” said, Derek Shaw, cybersecurity networking instructor.
