Former Student Returns as Instructional Tech
Chef Nathan Haritash is the newest member of the OSTC-SE campus Culinary Team, and he brings a wealth of hospitality experience and knowledge to our program.
As an Oregon Coast Culinary Institute graduate, he understands what young culinarians need to know to prepare for a future in the hospitality industry.
He graduated from the OSTC-SE program in 2013 while attending Royal Oak High School, and his culinary passion was evident. We look forward to him guiding our students into well-honed culinary careers. “It's kind of surreal to be back here teaching," said Chef Haritash.
He was also a member of SkillsUSA and ProStart while attending OSTC and is excited for his students to share many of the same experiences that helped shape and prepare him for a career in culinary.
