On Tuesday, Nov. 12, OSTC-SE Culinary students participated in a knife skills assessment under the guidance of Chef Harrison of Crispelli’s Bakery and Chef Morris, a private chef.
The assessment focused on safety, precision, and efficiency, aligning with industry standards. Feedback from the chefs helped students refine their skills and gain confidence as they prepare for careers in the culinary field.
