In a creative display of food art, the Culinary Arts/Hospitality students designed and executed the Twinkie Plating Challenge, a fun event designed to showcase their food presentation skills.

Students were tasked with turning a Twinkie into a visually appealing culinary masterpiece, judged by a panel that included Dean Mr. Miller, COS Ms. Kwasny, and Resource Officer Burgess.

"The Twinkie Plating Challenge was a hit," said Chef Popa. "It was a great way for students to test their creativity and plating skills," echoed Chef Haritash.

Students transformed the classic Twinkie snack using fresh fruit, sauces, and sprinkles.

Judges were amazed by their attention to detail and artistic flair, making it difficult to choose the winners. In the end, awards went to the students who demonstrated exceptional creativity and presentation.

The challenge was a fantastic opportunity for OSTC-SE Culinary Arts/Hospitality students to showcase their skills and passion for culinary arts.
