Paul Fulce:
Hello, welcome to Oakland Schools Technical Campus Southwest in Wixom. I'm Dean Paul Fulce. Our main goal here is to connect our students with their passion.
[Students speak with an instructor, work in an agriculture lab, use a desktop computer, buff the side of a vehicle, and work at computer stations in a lab.]

[Students work at a computer lab. Students work in a health sciences setting. Atudent checks another student’s heart rate. In a separate scene, a student welds metal.]

Whatever our students' goals are, whether it's to become a marine biologist, a mechanical engineer, a veterinarian or to open a custom collision shop, we have hands-on, engaging programs that will help them achieve their dreams. Our campus offers world-class technology, laboratories, and instructors who are all industry experts. The talent in this building between our students and our staff is just incredible.
These opportunities are for all 11th and 12th-grade students in Oakland County. From those hoping to attend an Ivy League University, to those whose desire is to gain experience in an area of study that they will later earn a four-year degree in, to those who want to acquire a certification and enter the workforce after high school. Some of the amazing programs we offer at OSTC Southwest are a nationally renowned culinary arts program, an agriculture sciences program geared toward our future veterinarians, vet techs, and sustainability farmers, a health sciences program that offers certifications and work-based learning in hospitals that will cater to our future doctors, nurses, and medical assistants. Automotive technology, which boasts three beautiful auto shops that offer free certifications in automotive technology, collision and repair, and one of the few programs in the state that offers a diesel repair program for heavy trucking and construction equipment. For our future computer engineers, we offer cutting-edge programs in cybersecurity and computer programming.
OSTC is for everyone. Reach out to us if you're interested in joining us at the Southwest campus to explore, experience, and excel.
